Code of Conduct

Swiss Design Week is for everyone. Please help us keep it welcoming, respectful, and safe.

1. Our commitment

We are committed to a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of background, identity, or experience level.

2. Expected behaviour

Be respectful and curious. Listen as much as you speak. Give critique that is specific and kind. Respect the spaces and the people in them.

3. Unacceptable behaviour

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, online or on site.

4. Reporting

If you experience or witness a problem, tell any member of the team or write to hello@dusk.test. We will take every report seriously.
